We hold our Purchasing Department to a high standard when choosing an item to add to our portfolio. We guarantee that your LeMoyne Dolphins items will be free of any manufacturing or product defect. We inspect every item included in your purchase for quality and accuracy before it is packaged and shipped. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition with the original packaging for a refund or exchange of the same item. Due to the customization to our items, we are unable to accept cancellations or changes to an order unless it is has a defect or production error.

If you find that there is a quality issue with your order, please contact our Customer Service Department at 800.797.1005 for detailed return policy information and instructions. Customer Service is available Monday through Friday 8AM to 5 PM EST.

check_mark All refunds and exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receipt.

check_mark Please ensure that item is returned in "NEW" condition.

check_mark Please allow 5-7 days from the time we receive the item in our warehouse, to process your request.

check_mark For your protection, we suggest that all items being returned at our customer's expense be sent by a traceable carrier. Remember to include a copy of your packing slip in the shipment.
